Tapping is a technique that can help with processing emotions such as stress, anxiety and overwhelm.


Thousands of years ago, Chinese medicine practitioners discovered that there are meridians or channels that run throughout the body. Acupuncture is one of the treatments that can help with balancing the different organs and channels in the body. Similar to this is acupressure and tapping.

When you tap into specific points on the body, it can help balance the organs and unblock the channels and pathways so that there is more free flow of qi, energy and blood in the body. Tapping can also create new associations in the brain that can positively affect the way we experience and process our emotions.
