After doing the basic acupressure points for inflammation, the bump on the sole of my foot was significantly smaller.
I had a small bump in the sole of my left foot which I noticed for months now. Following what I learned from the course, I tried doing the basic acupressure points for inflammation each morning and evening for a few minutes and after two weeks I noticed that the bump became significantly smaller.

Melissa Roxas
Hi! I’m Melissa. I’m a mom of two kids, an acupuncturist, an herbalist, and a medicine maker. I’m the owner and health care practitioner at Little Sage Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong every day to help me stay grounded and rooted in nature and all things good.
I’m a trauma survivor and it was the healing power of East Asian medicine that helped me. Through therapy, acupuncture, herbs, and the energy practice of Qi gong and Tai Chi, I was able to heal from the psychological and spiritual wounds of that trauma. It’s also what inspired me to study East Asian medicine and help other people in their journey to healing.
This experience of trauma and healing has taught me the powerful, indomitable spirit of the human soul and the incredible ability of our bodies to heal. What I discovered is the Little Sage in all of us.
